The effective consultant - self-management
The primary aim of this module is to help you to become more effective as a consultant. How - by integrating groundbreaking approaches to work management such as GTD® with Covey’s 7 Habits and a range of tools and techniques for creativity, problem-solving and decisionmaking. This is complemented by tips to work more efficiently with standard office software, useful utilities and online resources.
Of course, the foundation of increased effectiveness is self-awareness and the course will include a number of questionnaires to provide insight into your own preferred approaches and how to make the most of them.
