Our three-day internal consulting programme encompasses the core knowledge and skills required by an internal consultant.

However, we recognise that sometimes you need a little more flexibility. Perhaps you have already covered some of the content or maybe would like to go a little deeper into particular areas. For this reason, we have created a range of stand-alone modules.

Of course, as with our three-day programme, the information for each module is only a generic outlines. We would normally customize the module to your specific requirements.
